worker cooperative federation, in continuous operation since 1956
across 92 cooperative businesses, 70,500 worker-owners, and €11
billion in annual revenue.

The cooperative operates on a thirty-year horizon: returns flow
from operating revenue across seven streams (network compute fees,
school deployment licenses, real estate operating income, research
grants, IP licensing, treasury yield, member dues), not from exits.
Twenty-five percent of equity returns to cooperative members
annually, on a transparent formula audited externally. The
cooperative caps top-to-bottom pay at 6:1 by bylaw.

Mozi is governed by a Member Assembly that elects a nine-seat
Governing Council to three-year terms. Three working groups —
Capital, Operations, Research — produce the cooperative's specific
outputs: the funds, the Citrate Network, and the Cnidarian
Foundation papers. The cooperative is stewarded by Mozi Satori LLP
and based in Carpinteria, California.
