The cooperative is small and grows by named addition. Each person below is a member.

Co-founders

The cooperative was founded by Larry Klosowski with co-founders. The full named roster publishes when the cooperative team confirms the list for public attribution.

Governing Council

Nine seats, three-year terms, elected by the Member Assembly. The current Council roster publishes alongside the membership ledger.

Working group leads

Each of the three working groups — Capital, Operations, Research — has a named lead. Leads serve at the pleasure of the Council and are listed in the cooperative archive.
