The prospectus is a complete document covering: the $250M raise terms, the deployment plan across the four operating-infrastructure verticals, the distribution schedule and revenue formula, the cooperative’s governance bodies and their relationship to capital partners, the seven revenue streams with run-rate detail, the comparison matrix versus venture, DAO, and foundation structures, and the legal addenda (Wyoming DAO LLC filing, bylaws extract, LP rights matrix, audit rights).
